Business Analysis

BUSINESS ANALYSIS

A Business Analysis is the typical starting point for our client engagements.  It gives us a chance to become better acquainted with your business and key objectives, as well as identify opportunities to maximize ROI.  For our clients, it provides a low-cost, low-risk means of receiving valuable insight into their businesses, without having to make a large commitment.

 

We will spend roughly two days on site learning the ins and outs of your business and identifying opportunities to improve, whatever that looks like for you.  Once we have identified several key areas for improvement, we will present you with our recommendations, including a projected return-on-investment.

Most clients decide to hire us post-analysis to implement some or all of the proposed changes. However, you are free to use the information we provide in whatever manner is best suited for your organization.

1:1 COACHING

We provide one-on-one coaching for business owners, executives and senior managers looking to expand their leadership toolbox, refine their interpersonal skills, become more accountable and/or gain insight and perspective into potential areas for personal and professional growth.

We will develop a personalized plan based on your professional goals and objectives and meet regularly (around your schedule) to set targets, determine your path to success and monitor your progress.

 

Our coaching agreements are month-to-month to give you the flexibility you need and to ensure you're actually getting what you need from our services.
