The FJ Dynamics 3D Excavator Guidance System is an excavator grade control system with high construction accuracy. It uses a 3D reference model, displaying the real-time excavator and bucket position.  It displays the real-time excavation and filling workload to digitally guide the excavator in real time.


The FJD 3D excavator guidance system uses RTK combined with GNSS technology, to achieve an excavator grade control accuracy reaching 3cm.




The system utilizes advanced 3D modeling technology to precisely save the 3D position of the bucket teeth with 3 different methods, allowing quick completion of complex digging tasks. 


Virtual datum lines combine with real-world environments to contunuosuly monitor and display the clear working status of the bucket.




Virtual E-fence can be activated when working in narrow or restricted space to limit the rotation angle and boom height of the excavator, automatically alerting the operator when limit are exceeded.


+/- 3cm ACCURACY:


The sensor module uses GNSS antennas, with ultra-strong and stable signals, to ensure reliability and super high precision to +/- 3cm.




The FJD system is the first 3D guidance system with blindspot viewing, supporting up to 4 wireless cameras (customized option, not included in base system).




The system can be upgraded to semi-automnomous mode to achieve complex excavation tasks more efficiently and accurately.  This allows operators of all skill levels to be more productive than ever before!
